I have recently moved out of this flat and looking for someone to fill my room. This is a 4 bed flat which has very spacious bedrooms. The flat contains shared a living room, kitchen and bathroom, an additional cost of £50 for bills which include gas, electric, broadband and a few extra pounds to cover flat expenses such as cleaning products.

The flat is located in-between Portobello and Musselburgh in an area called Joppa, very short walks in either direction and you will find a great selection of shops and pubs along with various other amenities. The flat is close to the Edinburgh college Milton Road, and Queen Margret University, This makes it ideal for students studying at these campuses. There are great transport links into the city centre with buses taking roughly 25-30 mins into princes street.
