There is an unfurnished or furnished room (depending on your preference) available in my two bedroom flat as of now (1st July 2022). In the pictures, it is the room with the bed and guitar - sorry there is no current photo of it but if you need it furnished there is a bed with ikea mattress, desk and chair that belongs to my previous flatmate. He would like £70 for the lot or he can collect it and it can be unfurnished. The flat is great - a nice, quiet place to live and you would be sharing with me (postgrad student until December). The rent is 425 each (and 425 deposit) but is going up to 500 as of 1st August with bills on top. There is wifi and virgin tv and lots of food shops nearby. There is a great garden and it's secure entry so there is somewhere safe for bikes. Katie
