We have a spacious, top-floor furnished double bed room for rent and it is available from 04/08/2020. Rent includes all the bills and fast broadband connection access.

The room itself has a desk, drawers and a large cupboard, it is about 3x5m large and has a partially sloping ceiling.

The flat is at the 4th floor in a quiet neighbourhood close to the amenities such as shops, take-aways, bus stops (city centre and bus 300 to the airport), gym and parks. It is also about 1.5 kms away from Napier University (Merchiston and Collinton campuses)

About us: we are a professional and a student male couple, we like cooking, gym, cycling, and playing games.

We highly respect privacy, we wouldn't invite anyone without telling you first and we expect the same from you too.

Ideally you would be a full-time employed person or a mature student.

Sorry no couples, festival visitors, pets and smoking in house.
