Double room in two-person city centre flat

Hi, I'm Phil, I'm a 33 year old professional living in Edinburgh city centre. I have a double room available to rent long-term in a quiet tenement flat just off Lothian Road, approximately 5 minutes walk from Princes Street. The room is furnished, including a double bed, and comes with its own bathroom featuring a power shower and toilet (pictured). The flat is centrally heated and has a dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi.

Bills are £60 for council tax, £28 for gas/electricity and £16 for internet (per person each month). Just to note, the flat is nonsmoking, and it's on the third floor so there's quite a lot of stairs to climb.

I'm looking for a professional or postgrad student, preferably mid 20s-mid 30s, to share the flat. Ideally I'm hoping for someone friendly and relatable as well as reasonably clean and responsible! To let you know a little about me, I'm from Edinburgh myself, I graduated in US Literature and I love cinema, literature and cooking.
