A large room with a direct view of the castle and a king size bed is available in Edinburgh's West End. Princes Street is just a three minute walk from here so you will be very central. The flat is on the third floor of a tenement - there is no lift!

You will live with a friendly gay couple (both called Stephen.

The facilities in the flat include a washing machine, a dishwasher, a deep freeze and separate wi-fi for each room. The flat has a burglar alarm and a video door-entry system. The facilities in the room include a full-size (office) desk, a fridge, a kettle and a TV with Freeview. There are no curtains but the shutters give a good blackout.

The kitchen is small but recently refurbished with a dual cooker, microwave and grill. A narrow flight of stairs leads to the attic which is used as a smoking room. From the attic you can access a roof area where you can sit in the sun.

The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills (Council Tax, gas, electricity, TV licence, wi-fi, etc.).
