This 4th floor flat has a large open kitchen and living area with a balcony. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The kitchen is well equipped but doesn’t have a dishwasher so cleaning up after yourself is really important.

Gas, electricity, broadband, tv license, factors fees, are all included. Council tax is not included but only £66 between you and current tenant. Deposit of £250 and first months rent to pay up front.

Location Granton - next to Edinburgh college Granton campus, a large Morrisons, pure gym, a park, the beach, power league football and great bus links to town and the airport.


The second bedroom is currently being rented out by a lovely 24 year old female professional. We lived together for a few months before I moved out and I have really enjoyed getting to know her.
