New build - offering double room

Hello,

I am a 30 year old professional looking for a friendly person to rent a room.
My property is a brand new build 3 bedroom terrace house with a kitchen/ dining, down stairs bathroom and large living area.
I currently work shifts so would like someone who is respectable of this and the house but other than that make your self at home. I am very laid back and on days off enjoy a glass of wine and to be outdoors where possible.
I have an over friendly 3 year old lab / spaniel who loves nothing more than attention. She will be around part of the weeks so you need to be a dog lover. Usually she wins people over on first meet so prep a place in your heart.
The house is located within a 5 minute walk of Fort kinnaird so easy access to all the shops and pure gym.
There is also a lidl and asda near by and the house is on a bus route straight into town.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with a mirror front and chest of drawers. You will have access to the main bathroom which is predominantly used by yourself as I have an en-suite which I use. The only time I use the main bathroom is to occasionally take a bath.
All bills and wifi included.
