We have a double room to let in our lovely Bruntsfield flat. The flat is in a great location, on a quiet street, but only a couple of minutes walk from many cafés, restaurants and shops. The city centre is an easy stroll from here across a green space (the Meadows). The flat is part of a traditional building but is fully modernised. The area is quiet and safe.
You will be sharing with the owners if we are in the city but if we are away travelling you will be sharing with another young professional/postgraduate student.
The room is available for a Fringe let, from late July to the end of August, ,for which period the rent will be £800 per month. For other periods, the rent is £600 per month. Sorry, females only.
