Hi! I am moving out of Edinburgh and so my room needs to find a new tenant. The room can be available around 15th of July.
It's a double, furnished room in a cute top-floor flat with beautiful views (Arthur's Seat from the living room, a garden from the room), a shared living room with a fireplace, a large bright kitchen and a sauna (yes, I was surprised too!). The bed in the room is actually a futon with a very comfortable memory foam mattress on top. The mattress is a single and that's the way I use it, but the futon is capable of being unfolded into a double bed size if you wish to do so. The book/plant shelf is not included.
The flat is only about a minute walk away from Meadows and around a corner from ScotMid so whether you want some greenery or a snack, everything is conveniently close.
You'd be sharing the flat with my wonderful flatmate Sabine (a researcher in climate science).
The monthly costs are £400 rent, not including the council tax (£111) and other bills (£41 for gas, electricity and broadband).
If interested please write a few words about yourself and don't hesitate to ask any questions!
