I am looking for a professional/ mature Student to rent the spare double room in my flat Mon- Fri. Happy for one offs or a long term Mon- Fri arrangement.
The room is spacious and light with a double bed, desk and en-suite. There is plenty of storage space with there being a triple door built in wardrobe.
I am a professional and have lived in Edinburgh for about 10 years for Uni and now work. I enjoy sports (netball tennis hockey), going out with friends and also the odd Netflix binge. I also share the flat with my recent addition Winston who is a 8 month old cocker spaniel. Therefor anyone moving in would need to be a dog lover and happy with him greeting you coming home from work and enjoying a cuddle on the sofa in the evening. I would not expect you to take any responsibility for him but to respect that this is his home too and not to put him in any danger. However if you are a doggy person you are more than welcome to take him for walks up to the park.
Rent includes all bills incl. council tax (no exception for students). There is also a spare parking permit for the private residents parking at no extra cost.
