Looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional person who is courteous and can respect each other’s space. I currently work various shifts including nightshifts and occasionally work from home from the living room, so this and my shift pattern in general would have to be accommodated.
Lovely Inverleith Park and Stockbridge are 2 mins walk away and the West End is approx. 15/20 mins walk. There is also a good bus service into town and shops and bars nearby.
Room gets the sun (when we get sun), and has double bed, 32” TV with smart access, drawers, wardrobe and a desk. Bedding/towels available. Rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax and wireless fibre broadband.
No smoking, pets or couples (including regular partners staying - sorry).
