Long term double room to rent in a 2 bed flat

A fully furnished double room available in a flatshare. The non-smoking first floor flat is located in Gorgie: city centre is 15 minutes by buses and Napier or Heriot-Watt University is close, as well. Sainsbury’s, aldi, boots, post office in 5 minutes walking distance.

The room available from 1 September but it is flexible, move in date can be a bit earlier. Rent is 525 £ per month + bills + council tax (altogether ca. 110 £/person).

The flat has:
- two double bedroom
- a spacious shared living room
- kitchen, bathroom
- free parking space
- safe bike storage

Looking for a clean and tidy person, who preferably stay longer time. Because of council tax, the person should be a professional (no couples, sorry).

About me: I am working at Heriot-Watt University, in my free time I usually go hiking, cinema, do volunteering, go to spinning classes. Plus I am good at baking, cooking and netflixing. I travel a lot, so there will be weekends or weeks when the whole flat can be yours.
