Single Room Summer Let For July

Small room with a single bed, open wardrobe and study table. The flat consists of two bedrooms, one shared bathroom, living room and small kitchen. There is a private garden with a cat occasionally dropping by to keep us company. The flat is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just near the Palace of Holyroodhouse and walking to the skirts of Arthurs Seat takes approx. 5 mins . The Meadowbank shopping center is within minutes walk including Poundland, Sainsbury's, M&S, KFC. There are number of options of markets, cafes, restaurants etc nearby. The Edinburgh University Central campus is 25 minutes away on foot, many buses also pass through the nearby bus stop such as numbers 4, 5, 7, 14, 26, 34, 35, 44. The flat is available for immediate move in after 25th June 2019 till the end of July (dates could be negotiated). You will be sharing the flat with a 23 year old female studying at the University of Edinburgh. She is friendly, easy going and enjoys her private time alone. She loves food and cooking for others. If you enjoy occasional dinner with a glass of wine over a nice conversation about anything this flat is perfect for you.
