I will be working away so you will have the whole place to yourself.

The modern apartment is located with great views of the Firth of Forth in the newly developed Waterfront area and within walking distance from Edinburgh college, a large supermarket, a 24h gym and great bus networks.

We have kept the original features of the modern apartment creating a relaxing homely feel through our choice of colours, furniture and decor.

The bedroom on has a double bed and furniture including bedside tables/cupboards. The living room area is open planned with an island for eating/working and kitchen is clean and the flat is very homely for you to relax in.

Limited free parking is available, a bus stop across the road with direct bus to city centre taking around 20 minutes. Additional cost for secure car park if desired.

About me:
I am a professional male working full time away from Edinburgh for the foreseeable future and will only be around once every 7-14 days so essentially you will have the whole place to yourself! I will only come to collect/drop off clothes etc.

I am looking for clean and tidy professionals who will respect the flat and keep it clean and tidy during times I am away.

Unfortunately I cannot accept couples.
