2 Double Bedrooms in New Town Student Flat

There are two lovely double rooms available in a spacious top floor flat in New Town.

Both the rooms are well-proportioned double rooms and have views out to the gardens below and across to Fife. They are both fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, ample storage space and a double bed.

The flat has a shared bathroom and a shared fully furnished kitchen and lounge. The lounge boasts a view of the castle and Edinburgh’s skyline courtesy of a Velux skylight. There is ample storage space throughout the property.

The flat is a ten minute walk to Princes Street, York Place is within easy walking distance and the area is well serviced by bus routes. This makes the flat suitable for commuting to the various universities within Edinburgh.

I am a 3rd year biology student, and will be kept quite busy this year with university work. Due to this, I’m looking for a reliable and tidy flatmate who is more than happy to contribute to flat life as a whole and have a chat over a cup of tea or a G&T. I’m easy going, with a range of hobbies outside of uni time, and consider myself very clean and tidy.

In all honesty, at home after a long day, I can usually be found in pyjamas with a cuppa.

£522 a month covers rent and bills, including Sky broadband.

References and guarantor required, so please ensure these are in place in advance. Also due to council tax reasons I can only accept full time students!
