We have a small double room free for a guest to stay from the 1st of December until the end of February 2020
You will be sharing a top floor flat with one couple and one other flat mate.
We are in a great central location just off Leith walk where our block is nice and quiet.
2 minute walk to supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants, cafes etc.
15 min walk into the city centre.
One of the other rooms has an en suite so you will be sharing the main bathroom with just two others.
The room is fairly small however bright, warm, cosy, furnished and has a built in wardrobe.
The room is only available from the start of December however flexible date to leave ( ideally end of February)
We are looking for someone who must be CLEAN and TIDY - especially in the kitchen.
