Double room in Edinburgh West End

I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me, my friend Sarah and my black lab, Laca, in my flat. Sadly our beloved flatmate Henry has had to move to Leeds.

The flat is located a 30 second walk from Haymarket station and the tramline. It is on a quiet residential street called Rosebery Crescent but just off Haymarket Terrace where there are cafes, restaurants and shops. We have a key to the gardens at the top of the street.

The room is small but very cosy and has a large sash window allowing for lots of light, a smart hanging rail, a window seat for storage (as well as under-bed storage) and a big chest of drawers. The room also overlooks private gardens so it is extremely quiet. The living room and kitchen is open plan and a great setting to get work done if working from home. We also have a key to the private gardens at the end of the street which are great and very peaceful.

I own the flat and Sarah moved in in October. We enjoy eating together with our current flatmate, Henry, and take cooking in turns when we can. I set up my own drinks business and Sarah works from home for an EV charging company. I’m English and moved back to Edinburgh after 4 years in London and love the city. Sarah is from Northern Ireland and moved here from St Andrews.

I love playing sport, particularly CrossFit, squash, tennis, cricket and football and I also love getting out exploring on the weekends - surfing (badly), hiking, swimming etc. I also enjoy going to gigs and having friends over for dinner. I also like to go to the pub and hang out with friends when I can. Sarah is into cooking, wine and she is fairly new to the city so she’s always keen to explore new places. I also have a young black lab so anyone interested would need to be happy with that and if you ever fancy walking her then even better! We also have a fortnightly cleaner who is amazing! I have set out the bills below which are not included in the rent:
