Double Room In Large 4 Bed Flat (Festival Let)

We have one spacious double room available in a top floor flat in the West of Edinburgh (Slateford Road). The flat is situated in a very convenient location, 5 minute walk from Fountain Park, 20 minute walk from Princes Street and multiple buses buses running right from the doorstep.

The flat is a 4 bedroom flat over 2 floors with 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining room. The bedroom available comes fully furnished and bedding can also be supplied.

We are 2 professionals and 1 student, all currently working full time so the room would be suited to someone working and/or performing during the festival. We also have a beautiful ragdoll cat called Lola so cat allergy sufferers would not be suitable.

The room is only available for the month of August however shorter lets may be considered hence the weekly price. £700 for the whole month which or £200 per week, all bills included. Rent must be paid upfront as well as a £200 refundable deposit.
