En-suite room for student, with view of the Sea

A nice en-suite room at Edinburgh College Residences, Granton. 5-10 minutes walk to the water front, and around 15 minutes walk to the beach. You will share the kitchen with four other students. The flat is on the third floor and from both the kitchen and the room you have a view of the Sea. Morrison is just around the corner, and Lidl is 7 minutes walk away. The gym is just 2 minutes away. There is a bus stop just outside the building with buses driving directly to the city center.

You will have your own bathroom. The room is commodious, and all furnished: a big desk with drawers ideal for studying; a bookshelf; a supportive office chair; a small double bed; a commodious wardrobe.

The Kitchen has two sofas, a dining table with chairs, fridge and freezer, oven and stove, a microwave and plenty of shelves to store food ect.

I want to move out as I would like to find a shared flat with people of the same age (late twenties/early thirties).

You will need to take over my tenancy agreement that cover the time-period 24 Aug 2019 to 19 Jun 2020. You will of course only be obligated to pay from the week that you move in until the tenancy agreement ends.
NB – It is important that you are a student since it is a Student Accommodation.
