Double room on Meadowbank Terrace

Hi, I’m Katy, a 25 year old professional working Tuesday to Saturday in different galleries and museums across Edinburgh, including National Galleries Scotland. I am looking for a tidy, friendly flatmate, 9 - 5 professionals preferred. I have a busy schedule, often working and going to the gym in the evenings and don’t spend a lot of time in the flat. When I am home through the week I like to wind down by cooking, listening to music or watching a film. I am out most Saturday nights. I enjoy yoga and weightlifting, going to gigs and galleries, out for dinner and drinks. I am an outgoing and sociable person who would like a flatmate I can hang out with sometimes, but do need my own space and respect my flatmate’s need for the same. I have friends around occasionally. The room is a double, and the kitchen is well-sized. The flat is in a quiet block, and seconds from Holyrood Park. It is just off London road so very helpful for transport links. Meadowbank retail park is a five minute walk, and includes Sainsbury’s, TKmaxx, B&M. There is a large Morrison’s a ten minute walk away.
