Double Room with ensuite

The room is available either short term, long term or Monday to Friday (This would be at a reduced rate). The £550, includes electric, gas, CT, fast speed fibre broadband, your own TV in the bedroom, which has Virgin cable TV, Netflix and Prime TV. Bedding and towels are also supplied.

The bedroom has an en-suite which is just off the bedroom and dedicated for your own use. The bedroom has a double built in wardrobes, Kingsize bed with mirrored bedside tables. There is also a new TV that sits on a new desk that I’ve put in there which gives you full access to Virgin TV. I also have Virgin fibre broadband which is ideal if you work from home. There is ample free car parking and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk with buses arriving every 5 minutes. The city centre is only a 15 minute bus journey and is shorter if you drive. There is also a locked storage area if you have a bike.

You will be sharing the property with the landlord who is a professional woman who has 4 dogs. I have 4 dogs as my father died in February with Covid and I inherited his 2 dogs. The 4 dogs (3 small and 1 medium height) stay in the livingroom and are not allowed anywhere else in the property. There is a baby gate on the livingroom door that stops the dogs from going into the hallway and bedrooms. This is a non smoking home and a non party home. Sorry no couples.
