Looking to rent out my spare room on a short term basis of 6 months. The room is spacious with a built in cupboard and a chest of draws. The room is situated at the back of the property (South facing) with a door bolt attached and is quite. There is a balcony attached with a washing line, no worries from me if you smoke, but please be courteous and keep it out side.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with no set cleaning routine other than an ethos of if you make it dirty, you clean it up.
I work in the city and have an early routine so looking for someone who is fun but not out partying every night. I respect my own space, therefore i will definitely respect yours too. Other from the above, i'm easy going and relaxed. Great bus routes into town (16,5,27,4) and three supermarkets within close proximity.
