Double bedroom available in two-bed redhall flat

I bought my flat in June 2019 and have been slowly but surely doing it up.

I am looking for a flatmate to join me at the beginning of 2020 once the available room is decorated and fully furnished. If you're keen you're more than welcome to help me pick out the furniture!

The flat is spacious with a large living/dining room with a separate kitchen. The kitchen is brand new literally a week ago (including a cooker, hob, microwave and dishwasher) and still has some last touches to finish it off. There's a small private garden at the back of the flat, which I hope to fence off and put some garden furniture and maybe a BBQ in.

The flat has Sky television (with box set package), superfast broadband, central heating and an electric shower.

The bathroom is a bit more dated than the rest of the flat as it's next year's project!

About Me:
I am 26 and work in Communications at HEINEKEN UK at the Gyle. I live in the flat with my cat and dog, both of whom are incredibly friendly. The room will have a lock installed if you'd prefer not to have cat/dog hair in your room. I also have a horse, who takes up quite a bit of my time. I am a total foodie, I eat out sometimes but usually cook in the flat. Working for a brewery means there's always a supply of beers and ciders in the flat and I also have a Naked Wines subscription to full up the flat's wine cooler!

Rent breakdown (inclusive of all bills and council tax):
- one person @ £450pcm
- couple @ £700pcm
