I have a spacious double bedroom to rent in a two bed flat, available ASAP. Rent is £497pm not including bills, but it is very warm and bills tend to be small! The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. The rest of the flat is fully furnished also, including a washing machine/dryer. The location is very central – a short walk to most parts of the city centre wth great transport links as well.
You would be living with a 22 year old female from New Zealand, I work full time but am looking for someone who would be happy to cook/eat/drink/chat together when we are both in the house. Ideally looking for someone of a similar age and female is preferred, but open to getting to know anyone who could be a good fit!
