South Edinburgh quiet house

I am a 36 year old female who is looking for someone with a similar way of life to rent the other room in my home. I work full time and do a lot of sport to keep fit so my party days are long gone sadly! Whilst this is my home I have always wanted a housemate who can feel comfortable making this their home as well, as I have had my fair share when i was renting of not feeling that welcome. I am very relaxed - i would describe myself as a chatty introvert with a dry sense of humour. I enjoy a good chat and company but also like to take myself off to my room for downtime. I’m Christian and would need to live with someone who is respectful of my beliefs but I am equally respectful and so would never try to shove my beliefs down other people’s throats.

In terms of the accommodation all bills are included but for a student I would take fifty pounds off per month because that’s what I would save in council tax (for the length that that person was a student) as I can then claim single person discount. If a couple are interested I would be looking for £700 a month.

So in terms of the accommodation - it is a three bedroomed house but I have converted one room into a study / library. There is a living room and dining area, kitchen with lots of storage space (I bake so have tons of equipment for that if you enjoy it). I have sky with broadband and usual channels, there is a garden with decking area (for BBQs in summer!). Parking is limited but if you have a car we could look into where you could park nearby.

Transport wise the number 31 goes from outside the estate and according to Lothian buses would take 30 mins including walking to get to Princes street. The number 7, 400 and 11 also go from the bottom of the road which is a 10 minute walk. I’m five minutes drive from the bypass as well which is handy if going out of town.

The room itself is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes as well as space in the divan bed so tons of storage space. I have bed linen if needed and towels or else feel free to supply your own.
