4 bedroom flat in the Fresh Student Living building in Potterrow, available from 1st January to 31st August.
The flat is really nice and I am only looking for someone to take over my lease as I will be moving abroad for the second semester of university.

The cost of the flat is £820 per month, this includes all bills and free WiFi. The price of the flat is reflected in the facilities available within the building and its extremely close location to all University of Edinburgh buildings.

The flat itself is located roughly 5-10 minutes walk away from the University of Edinburgh main library, lecture buildings and the college of art.

It is also 2 minutes walk away from several supermarkets, including Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s, and a variety of restaurants, bars and clubs.

The room comes fully furnished, with a double bed, desk, storage and a fully furnished kitchen/living room, with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.

The kitchen, living room area and bathroom are professionally cleaned weekly (this is included in rent).

There is also 24 hour security, bike storage and on-site reception and laundry services. The flat is on the third floor, however the building has a lift so is easily accessible for all.

You would be living with 3 other flatmates, 2 female and one male. They are all students at Uni of Edinburgh and very friendly and welcoming.

As the building itself is student accommodation, you MUST be a student in order to take over the lease.
