Large central room in uni accommodation

Looking for someone to take over my lease at Mylnes Court, which is PG student accommodation through the University of Edinburgh.
The replacement tenant must be a full time, fully matriculated student (ideally at the University of Edinburgh) who is not currently living in University accommodation.

The room will be available as soon as I can finalize alternate accommodation plans, and the lease runs through 28 August 2020. You'd be living with three lovely flatmates who are very friendly, neat, and respectful. The four-bedroom flat has a shared kitchen and two bathrooms. I have a large single room with two big windows overlooking the Royal Mile. The room comes with a lamp, desk & chair, two sets of shelves, an extra table, a wardrobe, a bed, and a bedside table with drawers. The accommodation building has mail, laundry, and common rooms available for resident use.

All bills are included in the rent, and the common areas of the flat are cleaned weekly. For more details, you can look at the Mylnes Court page on the University of Edinburgh accommodation website. The rent is paid monthly in installments of £694.20 (meaning your last payment would be July 1), but the average rent is £579 pcm when spread across the whole year rather than the 10 installments.
