2 Double Rooms in 3 Bed Flat in Blackford

Two large double rooms available to rent in a spacious, furnished three bedroom third floor flat from December 1st 2019. Great location for King's Buildings but very well connected to George Square, city centre and the rest of Edinburgh.

The flat has three double bedrooms, living room with adjoining kitchen, one bathroom and hallway. Standard stuff included (Microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, bath with electric shower, central heating). It requires some love and a deep cleaning (covered by the landlord before move-in) but I definitely intend to make it into a home.

Base rent is 350, utilities are between 40-80 for a grand total of up 390-430, everything included!

Flatmate: I'm 28, here for my postgrad in public policy but I intend to stay and work afterwards. Definitely the outgoing type with a strong sense of community. I enjoy dinner parties and playing music - usually 1h per day in the afternoon so I hope you are not allergic to the sound of saxophone.

I am looking for students for CT purposes, preferably postgrad but I'm flexible on this one. Basic cleanliness, good energy, mutual respect and open communication are a must. Anything else is up to negotiation. Landlord requires standard credit and reference checks - sorry, this one is not up to me.
