Charming cottage located in the south-side of Edinburgh, in Liberton area. We have a large double room available to rent in the downstairs of the property.
There is a large garden and decked area and shared communal areas include a living room, kitchen and shared bathroom. Parking is available with on street parking on the opposite side of the road, buses to and from city center stop outside the cottage so very convenient to use public transportation no 31 bus outside the cottage and no 7 and 11 buses and the airport bus is a five minute walk.

Looking to share with one professional tenant who is clean and tidy, the cottage is equipped with all mod cons. I live in the property with my boyfriend and we have our own area, bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We both work a lot so are out most of the week and on a Saturday, my boyfriend also goes to the gym at night as well as evening study at uni. When at home we are relaxed and sociable and like to have dinners & bbq now and again. The other tenant is a female working in Edinburgh and occupies the other downstairs bedroom. Their is one bathroom which is shared between the two tenants downstairs and myself and my boyfriend use the upstairs bathroom. All bills are included in the monthly rent. We also have a massive shed so happy for new tenants to use to house bikes etc.

Jenny our current housemate also has a small dog called Bruno, he is very quiet and well mannered and sleeps in her room at night but does socialise with us when we are about.
