Large main bedroom in a Relaxed and Friendly Comley Bank Flat. The flat is really nice and reasonably priced considering its location. My existing flatmate is having to move for work, and is looking for someone to take over her part of the rental agreement. I am looking for someone friendly tidy and who values having a nice place to live. The couple we rent from are older and very nice, but do prefer to rent to professionals.

Flat comprises living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, boxroom, study, bathroom with electric shower, coat cupboard and 3 storage cupboards. There is a well-maintained shared garden out the back and a small front private garden too.

Permit parking Zone 3 if required with permits available from the Council.

You’d be living with Colin, a 31 year old P-II Architect working in the West End Mon-Fri. He is sociable, easy to get on with and likes to keep the flat tidy.
