Hi, I'm looking for a student to take over my lease in a private student hall from January 1st 2020 (you can move in as early as December 20th at no charge if needed) through July 4th 2020. The building is in a really great location and I've enjoyed living here a lot but have decided to move in with friends instead.
- The building is 36 Chalmers street, located a ~5 minute walk from the University of Edinburgh's George Square (main) campus. It's also adjacent to the Meadows, a large public park, and 3-4 minutes walk to a nearby grocery store.
- The building is privately run by the company Unite Students and is not affiliated with University accommodation, but is only open to students.
- The room is 13 sq. m. and comes furnished with a 3/4 sized bed, large desk, chair, shelves, 2 wardrobes, underbed storage, and heater. It has a large window and a view of one of the building's courtyards.
- The bathroom is shared with one female flatmate.
- The kitchen and common area are shared with 3 friendly and clean flatmates, all students at the University of Edinburgh.
- The building has several grassy courtyards, a lounge with TV and pool table, study area, pay-per-use laundry, and vending machines.
- The rent is ~£4960 for the period or ~£188 per week, payable in installments (timing will be arranged with the Unite Students office). all bills are included!
- Feel free to message me on FB - (matt. volpe.12)
