Bus stop is 5 min walk, on good route 15 min to centre. Off street Parking available.

1 friendly small dog on property.

Pleasant neighbourhood. Pub, supermarket, coffee shops, takeaways and other amenities on doorstep.
Walking distance to Lauriston Castle. Cramond / Silverknowes Beach for country walks, runs or cycling.
Family comprises of 2 Uni children (away for majority of time) Myself, husband & family dog. We’ve let the room before to students & Airbnb so are used to having people around we’re relaxed open minded friendly folk. Like your parents but more tolerant & tolerable🙂! Contact for more info.
