Room 1

There is one room available from October 12th for long term let in a 3 bedroom shared flat with two professionals. Flat is 2nd floor in tenement building on Dalkeith Road, close to commonwealth pool and the meadows with a nice view of the garden or Arthur's seat depending. Room 1 is spacious, with a view of Arthur's seat and wooden floors.
The second room is now taken.

About me: I am Adele (38), Irish, working in administration. I'm friendly, I enjoy chatting on a daily basis while also leading an independent life.

We would share any flat upkeep duties equally, cleaning, taking out rubbish etc. Hobbies include going to the gym, reading, walking in the park, cooking, films.

As I work daytime noise is kept low after 10pm during the week.

There is a shared garden and nice neighbours. There's a small patch for growing veg.

Unfortunately shared rooms i. e. couples are not allowed as well as pets.

Monthly costing per tenant:

Rent: £500
Internet: £6.66
Council tax: £50
Gas + electricity: £30-£40 (top up card)

Deposit and the first months rent are paid to the agency on move in day.

* This flat is rented through an Agency so checks (credit and reference) will have to be done in advance.
