Double Room at Western Harbour

Hi there,

I'm looking for a working professional (or student who doesnt mind paying council tax) to move in with me in a 2 bed apartment in Western Harbour. I'm looking for someone who is easy going that I can share my space with and hopefully become friendly with that shares a similar working lifestyle. Happy to spend time chatting and having a cuppa, watching TV etc but also like my own space sometimes too.

About the Flat:

The room itself is of reasonable size with a good size wardrobe with good shelf space for storage. It has an electric heater which can heat the room in a few minutes. The room only needs a bed to be ready for use.

As my room has an en-suite bathroom, the main bathroom will be primarily for your use.

The living room is a good size, I have a sofa, chair, TV and record player which you are free to use anytime. It also has an open plan kitchen which has all the usual ammenities (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher).

The no. 10 bus into town is right outside and Asda is less than a 10 min walk away.

About Myself:

I am a IT Data Analyst in the financial services industry, typically working 9-5, Mon-Fri. Due to Covid-19 I'm mostly working from home at the moment.

I like to read, play video games and watch Netflix etc. I am very keen on the idea of self improvement so I read quite a bit and spend quite a lot of time studying for new certifications that are relevant in my industry. I usually work out in the flat most days too, feel free to join me if you have fitness goals!
