Large Double Room Polwarth Flat - Long Term Let

Hello!

I'm looking for a female flatmate to take over the long term lease of a large double room in a first floor flat in Polwarth from 3/02/2020.

The room contains a double bed, wardrobe, two sofas (though one could be moved to the box room) and a storage cupboard. The flat also has a large kitchen/dining room with washing machine, large under-utilised box room, bathroom with shower and bath, and lots of storage.

The flat is located in Polwarth in close proximity to lots of shops and the canal, which is great for running and makes for a lovely commute into the city centre.

Rent for the room is £450 per month, and bills average £120 on top of that.

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and would like a flatmate who I can have the occasional dinner with, or get a drink after work. I appreciate my own space and I'm generally pretty chilled out and quiet. I would ideally like someone similar to this - no party animals pls.

I work at a contemporary art gallery and I'm creative. I enjoy baking, running, craft beer, sewing and hanging around with my pals. I host the odd dinner party and games nights, but never anything too wild!
