I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a two bed flat in Edinburgh from mid Feb (date can be negotiated).
The flat is located Broughton - a 5 min walk to York Place tram stop and 15 min walk to Princes Street.
The flat is fully furnished and has enough crockery to host v large dinner parties. The room is a double room with a built in wardrobe. A private parking space also comes with the flat.
We are looking for a young professional who is looking for somewhere to call home. Preferably, looking to rent for 6 months plus.
My current flatmate is so lovely and we both enjoy a post work debrief. She is a young professional who works 9-5 Monday/Friday. So, we would like someone clean, sociable but also who respects other people’s space.
The rent is £525 per month (exc bills). With bills, the flat is around £670.
Checks will be done by our landlord prior to signing the lease.
