3 Bed House (non-HMO) to rent mid-April - early-June | Trinity/Inverleith/Ferry Road area (£1200 pcm all included)
We are going on an extended holiday and looking for someone to take our house while we are away. We are looking for £1200 pcm which covers all rent, bills, WiFi, utilities, council tax etc. 
The dates are yet to be confirmed but likely to be 15 April to 5 June.
The house is in an ideal location - a 10 minute walk to the Botanics and Inverleith Park and 15-20 minutes walk to Stockbridge. There are several bus routes close by which take you all over the city and to Leith in minutes (Princes St in 20 minutes). Close by is a leisure centre with swimming pool and gym (10 minute walk), Morrison’s Supermarket (12 minute walk) and there’s are 2 small Co-ops very nearby as well as a Post office on the corner. We’re on the north city bike path which is great for walks and bike rides away from the roads. The city is on your doorstep but the leafy street and private garden give a real sense of privacy and space.
The house is semi-detached with 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 single and we can set up the configuration of the sleeping arrangements in a way which suits you (i. e. 2 x single beds in one of the doubles etc.). The living room has seating for 6, gas fire and smart TV. The dining room has a 6-8 seater dining set up and a sofa. The kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, washing machine, gas hobs and fan oven. There is a large private garden to the rear of the house.
The house will be fully furnished with all amenities, crockery etc. We will just be removing our personal belongings.
It could be the ideal set-up for a family moving to Edinburgh and looking for something short term while they find a longer-term house or for someone who has sold but not yet bought.
