Double room in spacious modern apartment

Spacious double room within modern apartment situated in the Stenhouse/Saughton area on the west side of Edinburgh.
The property is well situated for transport links to the city center and also has parking available outside. It has several buses running every 5mins to the town which only takes 12mins. There's good local amenities accessible on foot, including supermarkets, retail park, and gyms.
The property has a separate kitchen and lounge, is a modern building and a warm apartment. There is a balcony off the living room and a shared garden to the rear of the property.
The property has 2 bedrooms and is shared with myself, a 28 year old female.
There is a bed in the room, just not pictured as was waiting on delivery.


I'm currently WFH, but hopefully that will change soon with everything starting to open up. Im a clean and tidy person, enjoy socialising but also having my own space and respecting yours too. Interests include going to the gym, cycling, hiking, cooking, eating out when we're allowed! Also appreciate a night in with a good drink. I tend to be away from the flat Thurs to Mon so you might not see me all that often during those times.

The flat is initially available from 20th May but this can be flexible to accommodate. Monthly amount is inclusive of all bills.
