I am looking for a flatmate from June on-wards in our spacious 2 bedroom flat, located in Slateford, Edinburgh.
Bills are not included but are not much, only £50 each. Council tax being roughly £60 each.
I am a young professional, working in a bar in town, so our schedules may not always match. However when I am in, I am very easy going and easy to get along with, and will keep out of your way if need be, or go for a pint down the road.
Room is available in June with the first months rent being paid on the last day of May, and on the last day of each of the following months.
