Due to my current flatmate moving away, I have a room going in a 2 bed flat near the centre of town. Despite being so central, it is a nice quiet street. It is a spacious and furnished flat and has a nice living room and kitchen areas. Rent is £450 plus bills, which usually come to about £100-120.
I am ideally looking for a professional rather than a student, for council tax reasons. Looking for someone who can be equally sociable and have their own space. Not a party flat and I do like to relax but happy with friends coming round on the weekends (post-Covid obviously). I work 9 to 5, Monday to Friday and my interests include socialising with friends, watching films and tv, rugby, and anything to do with nature and the outdoors.
