I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely two bedroom flat in the Craigmillar area.
My current flatmate is moving out at the beginning of July, given the agency conditions, new tenancy would start on 9th of July.

Flat is located in a modern, fairly new building in a calm residential area. There are different bus stops around 2 minutes walk from the flat. It takes around 20 minutes ride to get to the City centre (bus number 30 and 14).

There are a lot of different shops in a close 10 minutes walking distance - Tesco, Lidl, HomeBargains and more.

Room has its own bathroom with shower, large built-in wardrobe and a double bed.

Rent - £387,50
Council tax - £74,5
Internet - £13,49 - speed test on wifii gives around 30-35 Mb/s.
Utilities - depending on usage, between £10 and £25 each but we’re about to switch to a fixed amount of £12,50 each.

I’m a 24 y-o professional. I’m working as an IT support analyst. I’m doing 12 hr shifts, days and nights.

I do respect privacy and a right to sleep well but i’m also happy to grab a pint together :)

Given current lockdown situation, we would begin with an online call to discuss everything. Then if you’d be willing to take this room I would arrange standard viewing.
