We have a lovely wee double room available in the Tollcross/Meadows area of the city centre.
You will be sharing with one male and one female in their mid 20s/early 30s. We are both easy going, chatty and sporty so generally out and about either working, socialising or adventuring. Although we do enjoy a get together in the kitchen for a blether from time to time.
We would love to share with someone who is kind and thoughtful and generally likes to keep the place tidy.
It would be great if you were looking to stay long term, perhaps a PhD student or professional.
The room is a double with plenty of storage and a window overlooking a quiet back garden with trees. There is also double glazing in the whole flat so it's pretty warm in the winter.
Rent is £320pm and a deposit of one month's rent is payable up front.
Council tax and gas/electricity come to about £70 each and Virgin Media (£12.50pp) is payable with the rent each month. So in total, you will pay £400pm.
The room is available from the 1st of June and we would like to host viewings in the evenings over Zoom.
