Hi everyone! I'm urgently renting out my current room starting 1 October. It's fully furnished with built-in mirrored wardrobe, a storage cupboard, desk with chair, dresser, and nightstand. There is also some under-bed storage. The room also has a wonderful view of Salisbury Crags and is steps away from Holyrood park! It's about a 10-minute walk to Edinburgh Uni, 5 minutes from the Royal Mile and Parliament building, and close to Tesco, Lidl, and Sainsbury's.

Common areas: big living room with a view of Holyrood Park, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower over bath. There is also some hall storage and a storage cupboard in the living room.

Permit parking is available and the flat is on the 3rd floor of a secure-entry building.

You'll be sharing the flat with 1 female flatmate who's clean and fun to be around. She's a PhD student in Chemistry, technically at St Andrew's but currently working with Edinburgh Uni. She would like to share the flat with another student and preferably female non-smokers. She's interested in nature, cooking and music.

The landlord does not live nearby but is flexible and friendly and always comes by for any necessary repairs or things of the sort. He also responds quickly to emails and messages if necessary.
