Hello! My name is Deniss and im a hospitality professional, currently re-educating myself in the field of web development.
I am looking for a flatmate (or a couple) to share spacious modern flat just off the top of Leith Walk.
Gas boiler heating, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, 5 minute walk to York Place.
A choice of either spacious room with en-suite shower or smaller room with private bathroom is available - both have their pros and cons so I'm going to leave it up to you to decide.
I am a very easy going person, mostly eating vegetarian food but not crazy about it, currently spending most of my time in the living room studying.
I'd like to share the flat with a working professional or a couple.
The price for smaller room with private bathroom: 650/month all bills included
The price for larger room with en-suite shower: 700/month all bills included
+100/month for couple
