Quiet double room, Shared flat - Central location

Hi!
I’m Manon, a young professional looking for a new flatmate from July :)

The flat is located right next to Calton Hill and near the top of Leith Walk (great location!). It’s a large flat with high ceilings, on the 1st floor of a traditional old building. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), bathroom, and large sitting room.
Bus and tram stop a few meters away, Waverley station less than 10min walk, and many supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.

The available room has a double bed, a big desk, a chair, and a chest of drawers. It is rear-facing, therefore quiet, and has a pleasant view. The room has recently been repainted. Rent is £465 pm, and deposit is £600. Please note monthly bills are not included in the rent. They depend on usage and seasons. You will be sharing the flat with only one occupant (myself) as one of the bedrooms is currently used as a storage room.

A bit about myself;
30 years old French professional with a background in architecture. I moved to Edinburgh last October after travelling for several months. I recently worked in hospitality and am currently on Furlough.
I am easy-going and value a good « roomie vibe ». I am always up for a chat, a drink, or play some board games, but sometimes, I also enjoy having some quiet and relaxing time on my own. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy to feel comfortable.
Besides Architecture, Design and Arts in general, I enjoy going to the cinema, chill watching Netflix and do some crafts (I've recently started macramé and embroidery). I also love travelling, hiking, and discovering new places. I am always keen to go on adventures!
Hoping to find a friendly and like-minded person to live with, who ideally shares some of my interests.
