Flatshare in Haymarket

Hi,

I am looking for a new person to join two bedroom flat located five minutes away from Haymarket. Rent with the Internet included is £358.50, bills (electricity and gas) are around £50-£60 depending on the month, council tax band B.

The room is available from the end of this month - move in date is flexible. I would like to share with a mature student or full time working person, ideally someone in their mid 20, early 30. A student is preferred due to council tax.

A lot of shops (including Lidl and Co-Operative) nearby, restaurants, a post office, pharmacy etc. Plenty of buses to city centre or around 15 minutes walking to Princes Street and Tollcross.

I keep the flat clean and I expect you to do the same. I am looking for a sociable, but respectful person. It would be nice to share some evenings together if (for sure) we get along well.
