I am looking for a flatmate from September on-wards in our spacious 2 bedroom flat, located in Slateford, Edinburgh.
Bills are not included but are not much, only £50 each. Council tax being roughly £75 each.
I am a young professional, working in a bar in town, so our schedules may not always match. However when I am in, I am very easy going and easy to get along with, and can keep out of your way if need be, or go for a pint down the road.
Room is available the 1st of September with the first months rent being pre-paid on the 31st of August, and etc. on the last day of each of the following months.
