I am looking for a tidy flatmate to share a great flat near Haymarket station. Our location is quiet yet convenient, only 5 minutes away from the big supermarkets and Haymarket station, with lots of restaurants and exotic shops for your choice. The en-suite room is fully furnished with working desk and chair, has plenty of space and fluffy thick carpet.
The flat is fully equipped with your day to day necessities and high speed broadband. Council tax (band E), internet, utility bills are included in the rent, as well as a cleaner coming every 4 weeks (included).
About myself, I'm 30 yo professional Vietnamese living in Edinburgh for more than 5 years. My flatmate is 27 year old, he is Chinese, super clean and quiet.
