My flatmate is moving out on 29th of December as she's going back to her country and Im looking for someone to switch in her place.

Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Also, the villa comes with a big, very beautiful garden and shed(for bicycle etc.).
I'm looking for a calm, tidy, working person or a student. No smoking, No drugs, Hardly ever alcohol.
