Double room for rent - 30 Morrison Street EH3 8BJ

I recently moved into a flat on the 31st of July with 3 Heriot Watt students in Edinburgh but because of financial problems I am having to move out so I am looking for someone to take my place in the flat. The flat is located on 30 Morrison street, EH3 8BJ, which is one of the best most central places in the whole of the city. The price of the rent is £565 per month and all the rooms are double rooms. We have also set up broadband at 350mbps speed and unlimited electricity and gas in a package where everyone pays £54 a month separately to “split the bills”, which is the company that set up the bundle for us meaning there is no mix ups when it comes to who pays what. Everyone in the flat is very friendly and very easy to get along with and enjoys socialising, going for drinks at the pub and cooking.
